After more than a decade working in customer service, administration, training, and operations, I realized there is a frightfully underserved population of small business owners and solo professionals who wish they could sprout an extra set of hands—but aren't quite ready for the stress and overhead of payroll yet.

That's where I come in.

My experience isn't limited to office work. As the owner of a handmade soap and bath product business, I've experienced the reality of running a small business firsthand. I've managed inventory, worked vendor events, handled customer questions, packed orders, updated websites, and worn all the hats that come with building something from the ground up. All while maintaining a corporate job.

Because I've worn both hats, I understand how quickly the small tasks can pile up and pull your attention away from the work you actually enjoy.

Whether it's answering emails, returning customer calls, organizing an event, running errands, stocking shelves, or tackling the tasks that keep getting pushed to tomorrow, I'm here to help lighten the load.
